Travtec Top-Feeder 

Label or inkjet on to sacks & bags automatically

The Top-Feeder is designed to feed bags & paper sacks onto a conveyor for inkjet printing or labelling. It is fully automatic, with an infeed conveyor supplying stacks of product on-demand to a vacuum pick & place unit.

The integrated outfeed conveyor can be fitted with most types of label applicator, print & apply or large character inkjet printer. It can be either supplied as a turnkey system, or modular units. Size changes can be completed in a few minutes, and the robust design ensures many years of long life service.

Construction:          Powder coated steel framework to high quality finish. Heavy duty  drives. Quick-change design. CE Certified

 Controls:                  Electro-pneumatic, with PLC controller. Operator interface with intermittent  & continuous feed. Batch counter.

 Power Required:   220/240v AC Single phase. 1.5 kW loading. Clean/dry compressed air at 5 BAR.

 Throughput:           15—30 bags/sacks per minute depending on length.

 Product Sizes:        Length: 300 –800mm; Width: 300 - 800mm; Thickness: 3 - 6mm.

 Dimensions:            Length: 5500mm; Width: 1275mm; Height: 1200mm.
