Construction:  Powder coated steel framework, covers & fittings to high finish. Heavy duty main drive air cylinder with integral bearing slide. Quick-change pusher bar. High-grip, spring loaded drive belt with automatic compensation for case thickness.

Controls: Electro-pneumatic controls with PLC controller. Operator interface with intermittent & continuous feed. Batch counter. Emergency stop circuitry.

Power Requirement: 110/220/240 v AC Single Phase Supply. 1.5 kW loading. clean/dry compressed air at 5 BAR.

Throughput: 20-45 Cases per minute, depending on case size.
